Kforce has a client in Tarrytown, NY that is seeking a Business Analyst to support multiple HR initiatives. This role will focus on process mapping, system requirements gathering, and cross-functional collaboration to enhance HR operations and technology solutions. Key Responsibilities: * Conduct end-to-end process mapping, identifying stakeholders, system vs. non-system steps, and improvement opportunities * Collaborate closely with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) across various HR verticals including: Benefits & Total Rewards; Recruiting & Interview Scheduling; International Benefits Enrollment * Work across multiple platforms and applications, including the HR Module of ServiceNow and other HR systems * Write clear and actionable system requirements and assist in prioritization of enhancements * Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure successful implementation of solutions * Develop process documentation and potentially training materials to support change management and adoption
