We’re searching for a Business Analyst to join our UK&I Commercial Operations team, so that we can strengthen our decision-making and performance tracking through reliable data and actionable insights. The Business Analyst will drive data excellence and deliver high-impact reporting to enable commercial teams to make faster, smarter decisions.
How You’ll Spend Your Time
+ Defining and reporting on KPIs to provide commercial and sales teams with actionable insights into performance
+ Building and maintaining dashboards in Tableau and Salesforce in order to visualise team, individual, and regional performance
+ Analysing the sales funnel and forecast trends to identify bottlenecks and improve pipeline health and predictability
+ Collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Enablement, and Finance to align data workflows and optimise reporting
+ Auditing and maintaining data quality to ensure consistent, trusted metrics that inform business planning
What Kind of Things We’re Most Interested in You Having
+ 2 – 4 years’ experience in a Commercial Analyst, Business Analyst, or Sales Operations Analyst role within a B2B or SaaS organisation
+ Proven success in creating dashboards and performance reports using Tableau (or similar BI tool), Salesforce, and Excel/Google Sheets
+ In-depth knowledge of sales KPIs, forecasting metrics, and the structure of a sales funnel
+ Ability to commute to our Richmond office 1–2 days a week as part of our hybrid working approach
+ Genuine Interest in healthcare technology and the impact data can make in safer care delivery
+ A knack for working collaboratively across departments in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
