Kforce has a client in Tallahassee, FL that is seeking a Business Analyst. Summary: The advanced Business Analyst is a member of a full lifecycle agile development team. They will be expected to work across multiple business units to perform business and systems analysis activities and tasks. They Business Analyst will provide analysis and guidance for development team activities. They will work directly with subject matter experts (SME) and other stakeholders to ensure requirements are thoroughly documented, work flowed, tested, and achieved. The Business Analyst will be involved, and work in concert with other team members, to analyze, design, implement, and test solutions. Duties: * Research and understand business processes and their inter-relationships * Document and diagram business and system processes and dependencies between them * Research and document impacts on agency business systems * Facilitate joint analysis workshops with the business units * Gather and document business and technical requirements as user stories in Azure DevOps and other tools * Manage backlog and work items using Azure DevOps * Coordinate with data migration and development teams * Develop Test Plans and Test Cases * Coordinate testing and quality assurance efforts * Perform oversight reviews of deliverables for compliance with department standards
