About the Team:

The team plays a critical role for compiling, preparing, and issuing invoices data to the Finance team for the services provided by the the company in the transfer Agency space. This role is a key to ensure that services contracted are adequatley invoiced to Clients.

What you will be doing

You will be responsible for ensuring that all invoice data are accurately prepared and provided to the Finance team in a timely manner

Other responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

Creating and maintaining accurate records of all invoice dataReconciling discrepancies in invoicesCreating reports for management to analyse financial dataResponding to Client inquiries regarding billing and invoicing

May be required to work on non-invoicing related adhoc tasks

Specific Duties of the role

Compiling data from multiple sources to create invoice dataPreparing and sending out invoice data to the Finance teamVerifying the accuracy of invoices before sending them out to ClientsDeveloping and implementing procedures for efficient invoicing processesDevelops recommendations to solve problemsAnalyses and documents business processes and metrics and identifies improvement opportunitiesMay train internal employees on changes to business practices, processes or proceduresMay provide coaching and/or guidance to peers

What you Bring:

Excellent attention to details and strong data entry skillsGood communication and organizational skillsFamiliarity with Microsoft Office and software such as Microsoft ExcelExperience with accounting or bookkeeping is preferredEnglish speaker and writer

Technical Skills

Proficiency in MS Office and specifically ExcelAttention to detailsMathematical knowledgeData Entry Skills
