What you will do
Support the Chief People Officer in setting up the overall people strategy of the organization & in day-to-day operations Create insights, learnings and synthesize updates for the leadership team & board members on regular intervals Driving key initiatives and special projects for the Chief People Officer Collaborate with functional HR leadership team to determine and prioritize people strategies Enable the productivity of leadership meetings by owning the planning, agenda & notes Be a bridge of communication between the Chief People Officer & HR leaders, with strong collaborative relationships across the organization Assist and communicate with leaders in decision-making, program management, and initiative implementationYou must demonstrate
