The Business Analyst (Platforms Operation) is responsible for managing and supporting multiple digital platforms that enable Sanofi's field force operations. This role requires technical expertise in CRM systems, data management, and business process optimization to ensure seamless platform operations and provide excellent support to field teams
Main responsibilities:

OneCRM Management:
Oversee customer selection windows management and ensure timely updatesAnalyze user issues reported through hotline, coordinate follow-up actions, and drive resolutionConfigure and maintain materials within the system to support field activitiesValidate GPS and PV (Pharmacovigilance) data to ensure compliance and accuracyNBP (New Business Planning) Administration
Manage territory and target data uploads to the systemProvide support for online territory adjustments as neededEnsure data integrity throughout the territory management processOneSales System Support
Update and maintain listing/safety operation listing poolsManage listing status adjustments based on business requirementsConfigure forecast proxy permissions to ensure appropriate access levelsOneMDM Support
Conduct position additions, closures, and modifications based on demandEnsure data consistency across platformsChange Management Support

Education:
Minimum bachelor degree;Experience & knowledge:
At least 3 years’ experience in FFE field, most preferably in MNC pharmaceutical companiesGood communication skill in both cross-function interaction and message cascade-downStrong capability in Excel Modelling and PowerPoint PresentationProficiency in CRM systems, particularly Salesforce or similar platformsCore competencies:
