Short Description:   The project pertains to a E-Permit electronic applications for various permit types obtained through the DNR.  This project will involve collaboration with 10 different states interested in using the same or a similar system. 
Complete Description:  This project is considered critical and will be high profile.  A senior, proven resource is required.
Must be able to create process work flows/diagrams. Solid background on data flow and architecture for base requirements
The technical platform has not been determined at this time.  Requirements is going to be system generic – then require selecting a platform with the help of a technical team.
The project is initially slated for 6 months for requirements gathering, but it is possible the BA will be extended beyond the requirements gathering phase of the project.
Resource is required to be onsite and will work remotely with other states to determine their business needs.
