We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with good experience in finance, business process documentation and risk assessment. This role will support documentation of controls for an initiative, working closely with finance teams to enhance governance and risk management practices. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with finance business units to document and assess internal controls. Identify and document effective internal controls to address identified regulatory risks Translate business processes into clear documentation aligned with policies and guidelines Track and follow up with stakeholders for necessary information and approvals, wherever required Qualifications: Proven experience in business analysis within financial services. Good understanding of internal controls, risk assessment, and audit practices. Excellent oral and written communication and stakeholder management skills. Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently. Familiarity with SOX, RCSA, and other control frameworks is a plus.
