We’re seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our growing digital team. In this hybrid role, you’ll play a key part in shaping and refining the functionality of over 20 global e-commerce websites. You’ll be responsible for documenting both current and future website functionality, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive clarity and alignment across stakeholders.
JOB DUTIES:
Document current-state functionality across multiple global e-commerce websites
Gather, analyze, and write detailed functional requirements for new website features and enhancements
Write and maintain test scripts to support QA and UAT processes
Partner cross-functionally with developers, designers, product managers, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity on project objectives
Conduct gap analyses and propose process or system improvements
Follow up diligently on open issues and maintain clear communication throughout project lifecycles
Support the digital roadmap by contributing thoughtful insights based on user experience, industry best practices, and internal business goals
YOU MUST HAVE:
3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with a strong e-commerce focus
Exceptional attention to detail and documentation skills
Excellent communication, follow-up, and collaboration abilities with both technical and non-technical team members
Working knowledge of how APIs (Application Programming Interfaces) function and how they integrate different systems, platforms, or services within the eCommerce ecosystem
Ability to translate complex business needs into clear use cases or user stories
Experience using Jira & Confluence
Prior involvement in QA/test script development and execution
Demonstrated curiosity and initiative—willing to ask questions, explore unknowns, and dig into the details
