Kforce is immediately seeking an experienced Business Analyst in support of our enterprise telecommunications and mass media client based in Charlotte, NC. Key Responsibilities: * Serve as a liaison between infrastructure teams and senior leadership, ensuring clear visibility into operational status, budget, and lifecycle planning * Analyze infrastructure hardware initiatives including upgrades, end-of-life assets, and hardware refresh projects * Create polished, executive-ready PowerPoint presentations to summarize key initiatives, budget impacts, and infrastructure health * Leverage Excel (including pivot tables, macros, and vlookups) to manage and analyze large datasets within the internal ESD asset management tool * Ensure accuracy and alignment of asset data within the CMDB and related internal systems * Partner with IT teams to collect and validate inputs regarding infrastructure assets (CPU, memory, storage, servers, etc.) * Support initiatives aligned with ITIL processes, change management, and operational best practices * Track and manage infrastructure tickets using Cherwell or a comparable ticketing system
