Minimum Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, Industrial Engineering, or a related field 2–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within the financial services or software development industries Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies Experience with loan management systems or financial software (preferred) Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Additional Requirements: Working Hours: Must be available to work during USA Central Time Zone business hours to ensure seamless communication with clients and stakeholders Travel: Willingness to travel to the United States for client engagements, project kick-offs, and training sessions as needed.
