Skills and Requirements Proven experience in Business Analysis, Systems Analysis, or Quality Assurance roles.  Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (preferred).  Experience working in or supporting Marketing teams is a significant advantage.  Strong ability to elicit and translate business requirements into technical specifications.  Experience in testing and validating software that meets business needs.  Proficiency in SQL and intermediate-level Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.  Skilled in creating business process documentation and technical writing.  Excellent problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail.  Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.  Ability to work both independently and within a collaborative team environment  Multitasking and time management skills, with a proven ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.  Experience with Salesforce and Salesforce Marketing Cloud (preferred) or any other large ESP. - Salesforce Marketing Cloud Experience null We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
