Business Analyst
Job Description

We are seeking a highly analytical and results-oriented professional to evaluate and improve business processes, manage projects, and deliver strategic solutions aligned with business objectives. The ideal candidate will have strong conceptual thinking skills, experience in stakeholder management, and a track record of successfully implementing process optimizations and IT-driven enhancements.

This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams, clients, and senior leadership to drive business improvements, lead requirement gathering efforts, oversee solution implementation, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.

Key Responsibilities

Evaluate current business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.

Lead ongoing reviews of business processes and develop optimization strategies.

Stay current on IT and process advancements to drive automation and modernization.

Conduct meetings and presentations to gather requirements and share findings.

Perform requirements analysis and ensure alignment with business needs.

Document and communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.

Work closely with clients, technical teams, and managerial staff.

Lead user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solution quality.

Provide leadership, training, and mentorship to junior staff.

Allocate resources effectively and maintain cost efficiency.

Manage multiple projects, develop project plans, and monitor performance.

Update and maintain business procedures and documentation.

Prioritize initiatives based on strategic goals and available resources.

Serve as a liaison between stakeholders and users.

Monitor deliverables and ensure timely project completion.

Must-Have Skills

Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills.

Proven experience in business process evaluation and optimization.

Experience with requirement gathering, analysis, and documentation.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Project management experience (planning, execution, monitoring).

Experience in stakeholder management across technical and business teams.

User Acceptance Testing (UAT) planning and execution.

Resource allocation and cost management skills.

Good-to-Have Skills

Familiarity with process modeling tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart).

Experience with automation tools (e.g., UiPath, Power Automate).

Knowledge of Agile or Scrum methodologies.

Proficiency in data visualization/reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).

Experience in change management or organizational development.

Familiarity with CRM, ERP, or enterprise systems.

Experience Range

Minimum: 5 years

Preferred: 7–10 years in Business Analysis, Business Process Management, or Project Management roles.
