Business Analyst

Business Analyst:

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Client Management team at Marsh. This role will be based in Mexico City. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in delivering value by writing business requirements and functional specifications for platforms that support Marsh’s clients. You will also assist in documenting results and gathering requirements from clients and users.

We will count on you to:

Work with business stakeholders to extract and understand their requirements for new and existing business applications.Assist in the technical investigation for new features and development of business applications.Convert business requirements into technical solutions by understanding technical constraints and existing architecture/functionality.Prepare user stories derived from the business requirements and present them to the development team for refinement into agreed acceptance criteria.Collaborate with developers to ensure that developments align with requirements and are tested appropriately prior to release.Act as the main point of contact for the development team regarding product management and requirements.

What you need to have:

A minimum of 5 years of Business Analysis experience.A degree in BE/BTECH/MCA/M TECH.An active team player with the ability to work across geographies.Work experience with Scrum and Agile practices.

What makes you stand out:

Professional certification may be preferred though not mandatory.Prior experience and knowledge in the insurance industry.A bright, eager-to-learn attitude.Experience in conducting requirement-gathering interviews is a plus.Strong business process analysis and documentation skills.Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Jenkins, Confluence, and Git/Bitbucket.
