Job Summary

 

We are currently seeking a talented Business Analyst to join our team at BASF's Agricultural Solutions department Digital Factory.

 

The Business Analyst will play a pivotal role in participating in our Product and Platform teams, working alongside Product & Platform owners to drive success.  The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a collaborative mindset. 

 

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Business Analyst with extensive experience in Salesforce to join our innovative team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, designing Salesforce solutions, and facilitating the implementation of Salesforce projects to meet organizational goals. This role requires a deep understanding of Salesforce's capabilities, a keen ability to translate business needs into technical specifications, and the capacity to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.

 

 

Key Responsibilities

 

Requirements Gathering:Engage with business stakeholders to elicit, document, and prioritize business requirements.Conduct details analysis of business processes and workflows to identify opportunities for improvement.Salesforce Solution Design:Design Salesforce solutions that align with business requirements and best practices.Develop details functional specifications, user stories, and process maps.Collaborate with Salesforce developers to ensure the technical feasibility of proposed solutions.Implementation and Deployment:Assist in the configuration and customization of Salesforce applications, including the development of custom objects, fields, workflows, and validation rules.Coordinate and support the testing and deployment of Salesforce solutions.Provide training and support to end-users to ensure successful adoption of new features and functionalities.Project Management:Lead and manage Salesforce-related projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project scope.Develop projects plans, timelines, and status reports to keep stakeholders informed of progress and any issues.Data Management and Reporting: Oversee data management activities, including data migration, data quality, and data integrity.Create and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights to business users.Continuous Improvement: Stay current with Salesforce releases, features, and best practices to provide recommendations for continuous improvement.Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of Salesforce solutions.

 

 

Requirements

 

Bachelor’s Degree in Business IT, Business Economics or other IT relevant fields.At least 3 - 5 years of relevant experience in SalesForce environmentWell proficient in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform and good exposure within IT sales & marketing background
