Job Title: Business Analyst – Oracle Financing Division (OFD)     Location: Taipei

This individual will play a pivotal role in reviewing, analyzing, and categorizing various documents and contracts related to OFD servicing. The ideal candidate will also be responsible for identifying key operational improvements and providing system requirements to enhance operational efficiency.Detailed Description

Document and Contract Review & Categorization:
Conduct comprehensive reviews of contracts, legal documents, and operational agreements to ensure compliance with internal standards and external regulations, with a specific focus on OFD servicing requirements. Identify key clauses, terms, and conditions, evaluating their impact on customer service and operational effectiveness. 

Specialized Language Identification:
Identify and highlight specialized terminology related to OFD servicing. Apply this expertise to ensure clear, accurate communication in customer interactions, especially in operational contexts and tasks.

Business Analysis and Process Optimization:
Partner with the system team to design and implement an efficient system for categorizing relevant language and generating alerts or tasks for stakeholders to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency.

Automation Project Participation:
Actively participate in ongoing projects aimed at automating processes to improve operational efficiency, such as:

Automation of the Paying Agency ProgramOracle Cloud Tracking (post-closing)Oracle Support Rewards ProgramQualifications

3+ years of experience in business analysis, project management, and platform development. 

Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal (additional languages are a plus). 

Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and completeness in document reviews and categorization. 

Proficiency with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI). 

Proven track record in driving business operations improvements, with demonstrated success in optimizing processes and enhancing operational efficiency.

Familiarity with Oracle Cloud Product (e.g., Tech Cloud, SaaS, ERP) or experience in ERP tool management is a plus.
