**Job Summary** We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Business Analyst with 11 to 14 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analysis data analysis and tools used in these domains. This hybrid role requires excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to drive business success and impact society positively. **Responsibilities** Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand data migration requirements scope and objectives. Conduct detailed analysis of legacy data sources and identify and document data mapping requirements to target systems. Document business and technical requirements for data migration projects and ensure alignment with overall project goals. Utilize technical skills to support data extraction transformation and loading (ETL) processes ensuring data integrity and quality. Work with technical teams to design document and implement data migration scripts procedures and tools. Develop and execute data validation and reconciliation processes to ensure data accuracy and completeness post-migration. Conduct testing cycles including user acceptance testing (UAT) to verify successful data migration. Serve as a liaison between business users project managers and technical teams to ensure clear and consistent communication. Expertise in building reports and dashboards across multiple objects KPI delivery data modelling and having knowledge on relational databases.
