About the Role
This Business Analyst role is focused on the development, launch, and ongoing maintenance of the Automated Rates and Contracts (ARC) system—an internally developed application that integrates a price/rate entry tool with approval workflows, contract and document management, and automated fulfillment and billing. You will collaborate with stakeholders across Vertical, Product Management, Pricing, Fulfillment, Sales, and Contracts to gather and refine business requirements for ARC.

A strong understanding of LNRS Insurance products and business processes is essential for success in this role. You’ll also work closely with a dedicated ARC technology squad to shape solution designs that align with the organization’s long-term vision. Your analytical mindset, curiosity, and ability to produce detailed requirements documentation will be key assets in driving results.

Position will be hybrid from Alpharetta, GA - 3x week

Responsibilities:

Serve as a primary owner of detailed business requirements for an internal pricing and contracts system.Elicit, document, and manage ongoing functional and non-functional requirements from stakeholders.Act as a liaison between business teams, technical teams, and project stakeholders.Facilitate meetings and JAR/JAD sessions to gather input and validate or refine requirements.Maintain a clear, traceable backlog of requirements throughout the project lifecycle, including collaboration with key stakeholders to determine development priority. Analyze current business processes to identify opportunities for improvement or automation.Collaborate with solution architects and developers to ensure requirements are feasible and aligned with system design.Participate in design reviews and provide feedback to ensure business needs are met.Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and coordinate resolution of feedback.Communicate changes in requirements or project scope to stakeholders and delivery teams.Support training and documentation efforts to promote successful system adoption.Contribute to documentation required for audit and compliance purposes.Gather post-implementation feedback to identify enhancement opportunities.Help develop and refine best practices and templates for business analysis.Post full ARC implementation, responsibilities will include supporting Vertical and Product Management with new product and/or product enhancement projects, as well as ARC enhancements.Additional duties as assigned

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree (BS, BA, BBA) or equivalent experience required; a concentration in Risk Management, Business, Marketing, Management, or Information Technology is preferred.Minimum of 3–5+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Product Management, or Information Technology.3–5+ years of experience within the LNRS Insurance business unit, with a solid knowledge of products, business processes, MBS billing and fulfillment (including rates, QTP/Rebates, report codes, add-on codes, and function names), and customer contracts.Detail-oriented and highly organized.Technically fluent, with the ability to understand and communicate technical concepts.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication and leadership skills.Collaborative and team oriented.User-centric mindset with a focus on delivering value.Results-driven with a proactive approach to achieving goals.Demonstrated ability to influence without formal authority.
