Business Analyst, Transformation Management Office

We’re looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team in supporting the Transformation Management Office (TMO) with the delivery of impactful change initiatives. What you’ll do:

Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, priorities, and success metrics.

Ensure the project team remains focused on solving the core business problem.

Lead the development of business workflows, including AS-IS and TO-BE process mapping.

Document clear and actionable business requirements and acceptance criteria.

Create and continuously optimize sprint plans to ensure timely delivery.

Facilitate workshops, working sessions, and project updates across all organizational levels.

Act as a liaison between business and technical teams to ensure alignment on deliverables.

Identify project risks and roadblocks, and propose effective mitigation strategies.

Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement in project execution and business processes.

What you’ll bring:

University degree or equivalent experience in IT or related field.

3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst.

Minimum 2 years of experience in the insurance industry.

CIP certification or equivalent insurance knowledge.

Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum.

Experience working on digital transformation or implementation projects.

Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal.

Strong organizational and time management abilities.

Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams.

Experience with large-scale projects involving multiple stakeholders.

Familiarity with emerging technologies such as GenAI, automation, and data-driven solutions.

Strong presentation and leadership skills with the ability to influence and drive change.
