**Role & Responsibilities:** The **Business Analyst** is part of the Global PS Planning & SMS Enablement team based in Singapore and will be responsible for 2 critical job scopes. 1) Own the salesman samples process from the start when the line list is created to the end when the samples are delivered. This role requires the individual to leverage the “One VF” approach in collaborating across multiple regions, brands and functions to drive a standardized process for VF in delivering salesman samples. 2) Lead process improvement work across Apparel brands as project leader. This role will involve working closely with the cross functional teams to help drive process harmonization across various Brands with strong focus on driving efficiencies and optimizing business processes. The business analyst is expected to execute multiple projects at the same time, communicating closely with Project Sponsor and Project Core Members to influence behavior change with Key Global Stakeholders and drive success to achieve business objectives. **YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:** (but not limited to) + Lead the process of managing salesman samples from the start before line list is distributed to the end when the samples are shipped and received + Own the reporting of KPI for salesman samples across all Apparel brands every season + Create process to track and update adoption rate of styles across seasons for all brands + Conduct gap analysis from previous processes and share best practices and insights + Work closely with the cross functional teams to help drive process harmonization across various Brands with strong focus on driving efficiencies and optimizing business processes; identifying new ways to track KPIs, giving visibility to the leadership team on the KPI performance across Brands + Lead and execute multiple projects at the same time, communicating closely with Project Sponsor and Project Core Members to achieve business objectives + Data & Reporting: Partner with System teams in building sourcing-related data analytics and reports on analytics platforms such as Tableau **Competency Requirements: Behavioral Competencies -** (Please refer to VF guiding principles) + Strong learning agility and an aptitude for working in a digital environment + Strong problem solving, quantitative and analytical abilities + Competent in Project Management + Experience in harmonizing processes + Experience in building key partnerships, working with multiple stakeholder groups, and consistently delivering business results in a manner that fits with VF’s guiding principles + Good collaboration skills in a global matrix environment including strategic and innovative thinking + Openness to embrace change and agility to adapt, maintain effectiveness in a rapidly changing environment + Aware of personal career aspirations, strengths, areas for improvement and leverages the resources available for self-development **Experience** · + 1 to 4 years of experience in handling large data sets and working with multiple stakeholders + Experience in improving and harmonizing processes + Ability to work at both high level and detailed level to draw conclusion and make recommendations + Fluent in English and with good communication skills: diplomatic, open, good listener, direct, succinct + Experience in the Apparel industry or Supply Chain function is an advantage but not mandatory Minimum Relevant Experience: Hands on experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office such as Word, Excel, PPT **Academic Qualifications** Minimum Degree Held: Bachelor or above Subject Expert In: Supply Chain, Business Management, Project Management **Language Proficiency:** - Fluent in English R-20250717-0080 VF Diversity Vision Statement VF is committed to creating an inclusive environment that welcomes and values the differences among all of our associates, customers, suppliers and the communities in which we live and conduct business.
