Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

 

1. Sales Monitoring & Reporting:

- Track and deliver daily sales and order intake reports to the sales team.

- Prepare Forecast Analysis and manage seasonal impacts on Brand's forecast data for continuous improvement.

- Monitor Sales and RBO forecast accuracy to ensure alignment with business objectives.

- Ensure 100% data accuracy for bottom-up financial forecasts.

- Lead monthly alignment meetings between Factory Sales and RBO teams to integrate business intelligence into forecasting.

- Manage the monthly Forecast Accuracy Dashboard across RB categories (Sole/Multi, Forecast sharing Type), Salespersons, Product Lines and highlighting areas for improvement.

 

2. Demand Planning:

- Act as a liaison between the Sales and Supply Chain teams (S&OP) to coordinate key processes and actions.

- Provide demand forecasting insights and forecasts by SKUs and Sales Units.

- Facilitate pre-build/intercompany forecast activities to support business needs.

- Play Key role in weekly and monthly S&OP meetings.

- Align Sales and Supply Chain with new SOPs to improve the forecast process.

- Ensure sales and supply chain teams have access to the latest market feedback for better accuracy in demand planning.

 

3. Order Intake and Inventory Management:

- Prepare Monthly Key Brandwise Performance report.

- Collaborate with the South Asia FP&A and contract workers on daily sales reporting and budget validation.

- Publish enterprise-wide sales reporting and reviews, especially focusing on Bangladesh markets.

- Prepare combined sales reports, including AOP (Annual Operating Plan), sales forecasts, and order intake forecasts.

- Provide comprehensive business analysis through tools like Power BI, Looker Studio, Qlik Sense, and Google Sheets.

 

5. Sales Forecasting & AOP Alignment:

- Work closely with the Sales team to derive updated sales forecasts in line with the AOP.

- Integrate recent Order on Hand (OOH) data, actual sales performance, and market feedback to improve forecast accuracy.

Qualifications

Qualifications & Skills:

-  Minimum 4-5 years of experience in related fields.
- Educational requirements: Minimum graduation, candidates from statistics or engineering background will get preference.

- Proficiency in business analysis tools like Power BI, Looker Studio, Qlik Sense, Canvas, Excel, and Google Sheets.

- Strong communication and coordination skills, especially between sales and supply chain teams.

- Ability to conduct accurate data forecasting and provide actionable insights.

- Experience with financial forecasting, inventory management, and SOP implementation.
