Minimum qualifications:
+ Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Maths, Quantitative Science, or related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
+ 3 years of experience working in data analytics, consulting, data science, engineering, or a technical operations role.
+ Experience in statistical problem solving and analyzing data sets using Python or coding languages (e.g., R, Java, C++).
+ Experience in developing dashboards and reports to support customer-facing users and executive users.
+ Experience in analyzing data and sharing insights with leadership.
Preferred qualifications:
+ Master's degree in a Quantitative field.
+ Experience in developing automated solutions to empower customer-facing teams (e.g. automated insights/recommendations, assignments and segmentation).
+ Experience working with Salesforce or other CRM solutions.
+ Experience working as part of a Sales or Partnerships operations team.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $117,000-$167,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. + Analyze program performance to explain performance variations and identify opportunities for improvement.
+ Develop analyses through automation to empower front-line partner managers.
+ Build and manage dashboards for leadership.
+ Create presentations to inform leadership of insights.
