We are currently seeking a Business Analyst to join our team in Mexico City **Job Description:** + Manage small and medium projects with oversight from their supervisor. + Works on multiple applications: Tableau / Excell VBA / Java / Python + Works and develop on multiple applications: MS Power Platform (Power Apps / Power Automate / Power BI), SharePoint + Delivering services and solutions for clients using Microsoft’s PowerApps, Power BI, SharePoint, Power Automate, Microsoft Teams, custom development, and data integrations + Help guide teams to effectively use the Microsoft Power Platform and automation company tools. + Understand business difficulties to provide solutions by applying problem-solving and decision-making skills + Identify areas and processes where Power Platform and Microsoft 365 can be better leveraged and facilitate process improvement + Partner with cross-function technology and design teams to ensure consistent, positive client interaction and solution delivery. + Develops innovative and creative output based on interpretation and analysis + Keep abreast of new technologies and be aware of industry standards, best practices, and trends. + Participates and may lead critical projects, client engagements or business processes. + Provides design and documentation at an application or function capability level. + Participates in establishing and maintaining application standards and processes. + Advises on issues of systems integration, compatibility, scalability and multiple platforms. **Education:** + Bachelor's degree in business or computer science related. + English language: Intermediate / Advanced level **Qualifications/Skills:** + 1-3 years of Experience Technology Project + Core Skills: C#, SQL, .Net, Power Apps, SharePoint, Microsoft DataVerse (CDS), Power Automate. + Passion for moving organizations forward with the Innovation for the impact Automation Tools can have on customer experiences. + Familiarity with Agile project management and sprint planning. + Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively on cross-functional teams. + Highly skilled in interpersonal and verbal/written communications, presentations, math, analytical and problem-solving skills. + Effectively communicates application and technical direction to the business and within the client’s IT organization. + Desirable experience on complement tools such as: Python, VBA, Power Pivot, MSO 365 Suite. **About NTT DATA** NTT DATA is a $30 billion trusted global innovator of business and technology services.
