Connect stakeholders and translate complex challenges into clear solutions. As Business Analyst, you work on innovative projects within Tribe Housing.

• Help develop GenAI applications for housing selection.

Your responsibilities include:

Connect & Align:

Act as the primary contact for stakeholders on topics like existing functionalities, new initiatives, both from functional & technical perspectives.

Define mutual goals and ensure alignment between business, architecture and compliance.

Analyse & Design:

Conduct gap analyses between current and target states of systems or processes.

Explore and align on new initiatives, ensuring feasibility and compliance.

Guide & Deliver:

Be (mutually) responsible for clearly refined work items on the backlog/sprint board; that are then easily comprehended, prioritized and planned.

Facilitate efficient testing and validate that delivered solutions meet business requirements and are fit for purpose.

You & your talent

Professional experience as information/business analyst or product manager for 3 to 5 years

Experience in/strong affinity with data science, logistics and/or (Gen)AI. Comfortable facilitating discussions and driving alignment across diverse stakeholders.

Ability to translate between functional and technical  languages.
