Creating impact
You can make a real difference! You’ll be working at the heart of our processes, enabling business customers to digitally manage changes to their organization at KVK (Chamber of Commerce), f.e. when their legal structure changes, or if there is a change in members of the board. You're motivated to develop in-depth knowledge of our landscape and the associated processes. Over time, you’ll become the central figure in the digitalization of these customer journeys.
You will be responsible for closing the gap between the business and the Scrum team. You will be involved and take initiative in discussions with business partners, with the aim of formulating the desired changes to our applications. You also inform the business about what is and is not possible and you instruct the Scrum Team about what needs to be changed in the application. In addition, you help divide the 'change' into manageable task packages and coordinate your plans with stakeholders and other teams.
Closely align with process managers to be able to translate manual processes to a digital process;
Design process flows with up-to-date process documentation to get/keep both technical and non-technical stakeholders on the same page;
Analyse impact of changes on technical side but also on the user (employee) side, and implement these changes;
Prioritize customer needs, putting effort in creating the best possible solution for the customer.

Have experience with drafting requirements, specifications, and data modelling;
Have at least a Bachelor’s level of working and thinking;
Have experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree;
At least 3 years of experience in Business Analysis;
Results-driven, strong communication skills, proactive in finding answers/solutions, and eager to learn from colleagues;
Knowledge of and experience with PEGA;
Extensive experience in unpacking user requirements and creating specifications;
Experience in or affinity with customer journeys and the financial sector;
Experience managing a complex stakeholder environment;
Fluent in Dutch and English.
