Our client, a leader in consumer goods, is seeking a Business Adoption Lead to join their team. As a Business Adoption Lead / Change Manager, you will be part of the Procurement team supporting an S4Hana-related initiative. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, strong analytical abilities, and a proactive attitude which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Business Adoption Lead / Change Manager / Project Manager
**Location: Hybrid in Northern New Jersey - prefer someone in the NYC Tristate area who can visit client site as needed**
**Pay Range:** Market
(due to client rules, we are unable to work with 3rd party subcontractors with their direct candidates)
**What's the Job?**
+ Lead the master data migration from legacy ERPs to S4Hana, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and consistency.
+ Partner to resolve implementation issues related to Data Quality and Management.
+ Execute project plan deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements in collaboration with key stakeholders.
+ Implement existing change management strategies that support the adoption of S4Hana across Procurement.
**What's Needed?**
+ University/bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
+ 7-10+ years of experience within Operations, Supply Chain, or Information Technology.
+ Excellent interpersonal and negotiating skills to influence and collaborate across divisions.
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to optimize processes.
+ Prior experience in executing change management for digital programs.
