Your Role:

In-vivo Equipment Project Life Cycle Management

You will conduct comprehensive risk analysis for bids and contracts, consolidate feedback from relevant departments, and prepare proactive responses.You will analyze root causes of Non-Conformance Costs (NCC), develop improvement plans, and implement measures to prevent recurrence. You will monitor overall project progress.

Contract Management

You will perform preliminary reviews of contract clauses and initiate negotiations on terms and conditions with clients.You will address client claims and negotiate terms that align with the company's best interests.You will collaborate with stakeholders (e.g., Legal, Compliance, CS, Tax) to share and minimize contractual risks. You will execute final contracts with customers.

Management of Internal/External Contract-Related Processes

You will prepare Limits of Authorities (LoA) documentation; review and lead HQ multi-modality escalation materials in collaboration with the leading Business Line(BL).You will review Customer Service (CS) courtesy materials and conduct pre-discussions with the Business Line Manager (BLM) regarding CS margins prior to escalation. You will, for projects requiring financing, run simulations, manage internal approvals, and execute agreements with financial institutions.You will serve as the primary communication channel between Finance (FI) and Business organizations.You will manage all contract-related documentation and respond to internal/external audits.

Your Expertise:

You have proven ability to identify and manage project risks.You demonstrate proficiency in reviewing contracts in both Korean and English, with a strong ability to analyze commercial terms.You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with various internal and external stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in the medical device industry or a related field.Demonstrated excellence in project management, claim management, and conflict resolution. Strong problem-solving skills, especially when working under pressure.Experience in process improvement and optimization.Fluency in business-level English communication.
