Stryker Acute & Emergency Care is seeking a highly organized and proactive Business Administrator to support our sales team in the East Asia regions. This role will involve coordinating various aspects of sales operations, including DOA submissions, compliance support, sales reporting, tender document compilation & management, vendor & IC engagement support, pricing & NEXT workflow submissions & approvals as well as general administrative support. This is a one-year contractual role.
What you will do
Sales Operations & Reporting :
Work closely with the Ops team to follow up on sales shipments and forecasting salesMaintain records of open orders by country by customerAssist in the preparation and analysis of sales reports, including gathering data, formatting reports, and identifying key insightsEnsure ICs are not on credit hold and if required, approvals are submitted.Tender Document compilation
Work alongside Sales & Marketing team to compile necessary documents for tenders in the various countries.Review tender documents & prepare for submissionsCompliance Submission Processing:
Support the sales teams in preparing and processing compliance submissions for IC managementEnsure compliance with internal policies and external regulations related to sales and marketing activities.Vendor & IC engagement Support
Assist in the preparation and coordinating the necessary support required by the sales & ICM team in engagement/review activities with ICsDOA submissions & approvals
Work closely with Sales team for pricing DOA submissions and approvals once POs have been receivedEnsure that DOA has been submitted on a timely manner with supply chain for PO processingPricing & NEXT workflow:
Work closely with Ops & Marketing team to ensure pricing for East Asia are updated accordinglyEnsure sales team & ICs have the most updated price list to quote customersNEXT workflow is to be submitted for any credit holds release requestAd-hoc Administrative Support:
Provide general administrative support to the sales teamAssist with other ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned by business unit leadershipEnsure alignment to quality standardsWhat You Need
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.Proven experience in sales operations, sales coordinator or related administrative roles.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.Experience in the medical device or healthcare industry preferred but not required.Travel Percentage: 10%
