What will you do?Manage sales and enquiries for internal events and all non-matchday business, as well as manage telephone sales communication and update the booking systemConduct venue show-rounds to ensure each area is set and ready, guiding clients to maximise sales conversion and ensure a successful eventEnsure event information is detailed accurately to maximise sales opportunity and revenue, maximising profit margins proactively by up-selling food, beverage, and other items, exceeding sales targets while supporting excellent guest experiencesAssist the preparation of detailed event schedules and function sheets, and attend weekly team meetings to discuss operational requirements, including detailed function sheets, floor plans, dietary requirements, schedules, and other event detailsProduce accurate and timely contracts and pre-payment invoices
More about you1-3 years’ experience, with preference for experience in sales and event coordination; no degree requiredSkills in IT literacy, teamwork and collaboration, attention to detail, quality focus, guest and client focus, and excellent written and verbal communicationWho we are
