ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:
Responsible for ensuring all Company and department policies and procedures and Gaming regulations are adhered to and consistently followed. Meet and communicate with groups and individuals to promote group travel. Ensure departmental policies and procedures are followed regarding all bus/group arrivals, both day and overnight trips. Assist the department with rooming list for overnight groups and manifests for day trips to make necessary adjustments and contact Hotel Operation on group arrivals. Assist Player’s Club in the enrollment process of new guest. Prepare and distribute bus packages. Maintain detailed knowledge of resort services and outlet hours of operations and special events. Work closely and communicate with all departments to ensure accurate information is shared. Work closely with other departments to coordinate marketing activities. Maintains the highest degree of confidentiality. QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

AGE and GAMING:
21 years of age or above
Gaming property – Must be able to obtain and maintain a gaming license issued by the Choctaw Gaming Commission.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
High School diploma or GED is required.
SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
Must be comfortable speaking in public, be able to interact with guests/audience in an engaging and entertaining manner, have superb oratory skills and be able to speak clearly so that guests/audience will understand via Public Address System. Must have a basic understanding of computers.
LANGUAGE SKILLS:
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:
Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference.
REASONING ABILITY:
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by the Associate to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
Essential physical abilities must be able to walk or stand for 20% of assigned shift and able to sit for 80% of assigned shift. Excessive bending, stooping, climbing, reaching, kneeling, pulling and pushing may be required throughout the assigned shift. Must be able to lift and maneuver at least twenty (20) lbs. Push or pull the service carts of approximately twenty-five (25) pounds to assigned areas. Must be willing and able to work outdoors in all types of weather conditions. Preform responsibilities and/or essential functions on slippery or wet surfaces.

The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. When on the casino floor, the noise level increases to loud. When on the casino floor or other designated areas may be subjected to tobacco smoke.
Due to the unpredictable nature of the hospitality/entertainment industry, Associates must be able to work varying-schedules to reflect the business needs of the property.
