iMove, the Sanofi VIE Program, is available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28.

About the job

As Bulk Scheduler and Flow Controller VIE within our ACEL Bulk Supply Chain team, you’ll be focused on production scheduling and end-to-end flow control. You will drive operational excellence through optimized scheduling practices while ensuring seamless supply chain execution. The position may also include responsibilities as an ICS (Integrated Collaborative Scheduling) Key User, supporting our site digital transformation journey.

Main responsibilities:

Drive production schedule optimization through effective coordination with Site Supply Planners, converting plans into executable orders within SAP.Partner with manufacturing, maintenance, and quality teams to resolve capacity constraints and optimize resource utilization.Proactively manage material availability with Material Planners, Flow Controller, and QC/QA teams.Manage end-to-end flow execution, with emphasis on release planning and prioritization within Level 1 operations.Drive S&OE process through regular engagement with Site Supply Planners/SC Product Planners and active forecast management.Champion the ICS system implementation through hands-on scheduling optimization.Guide system deployment activities including configuration, testing, and user training.Lead Master Data Evolution initiatives to enhance industrial performance and apply SMS (Sanofi Manufacturing System) standards to drive operational improvements and sustain a culture of continuous improvement.

About you

Experience:

Previous experience in production scheduling, supply chain operations or commercial would be an asset.

Soft and technical skills:

Excellence in stakeholder management, communication and presentation.Advanced problem-solving and analytical skills.Change management capabilities and process improvement mindset.Project management skills.Strong SAP expertise and proficiency in supply chain systems, together with advanced Excel, PowerBI and other digital tools skills.Solid understanding of manufacturing scheduling processes would be a plus.

Education:

Master’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or related field.

Languages:

Advanced English skills.
