Performing routine building rounds to verify no emergency conditions exist.
Serving as initial point of contact for outside contractors to issue safety work permits.
Coordinating with security personnel to respond to fire panel alarms.
Coordinating with janitorial staff as necessary to address water leaks.
Responding and providing service and feedback to the customer on all work orders while assuring compliance to codes, regulations, and industry standards.
Recommending measures to improve maintenance methods and equipment performance.
