As a Building Systems Engineer, you will be responsible for delivering tasks assigned by Program Leads, investigating electrical documentation, and providing technical support to installers and subcontractors. This role requires a strong understanding of control systems, energy management, and building services engineering.** **Responsibilities:** • Deliver tasks assigned by Program Leads to ensure the success and timelines of the overall Energy Management Program • Visit sites, meet clients, and work with other professional engineers, architects, and surveyors • Review and understand as-built electrical documentation and MEP layouts to investigate and advise corrective adjustments • Troubleshoot problems with energy meters and control logic using communication protocols such as Modbus Async, Modbus TCP/IP, M-Bus, and BACnet • Perform system analysis and diagnostics, isolate and troubleshoot problems, and take corrective action • Plan, organize, and assess the work of subcontractors and supervise the installation of building systems • Prepare engineering deliverables such as project documents and studies • Interact with team members and colleagues, showing initiative, support, and a proactive approach to completing tasks. **Requirements:** • Associate Degree in HVAC, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering, with a minimum of three years of industry experience • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English minimum C1) • Driving license • Willingness to travel across EMEA • Experience with control and HVAC and Electrical systems and their terminology • Knowledge of Automation Controllers • Thorough knowledge of Windows-based computers and desktop applications such as MS-Word, MS-Excel, and Power-Point • Good attention to detail, ability to use initiative, and professional attitude • Knowledge of Tridium Niagara 4 will be an asset. **We Offer:** • Opportunity to work with a global company in the facility management industry • Remote role based in Poland with occasional travel opportunities (approximately 30-40% of working time) across EMEA • Professional development and growth opportunities • Comprehensive benefits package, including private medical care, co-contribution towards a sports card, life insurance facilitation, and more • A referral program that rewards you for successfully recommending a friend for a role.
