Effectively manage all Administrative, critical environment and other FM functions, ensuring all procedures, processes, and client requirements are undertaken in a timely and efficient manner.Manage contractors to ensure that planned Preventive Maintenance had been carried out in accordance to specifications, local codes, safe practices and completion scheduleEnsure the implementation and management of Risk & Safety work practices to reduce the interruption to Client’s operationsCoordinate with Building operation teams in setting up and sustaining the best maintenance standards and practices.Manage a programme of inspections for the assigned properties on Energy conservation, Maintenance practices, Utility management and Risk management procedures.Support the M&E operations teams on the critical equipment maintenance and upkeep.Ensure all safety procedures, including Crisis Management/ Business Continuity and Emergency Procedures are maintained at all times.Oversee and coordinate churn and project workUpkeep system drawings and good documentation PracticePrepared to perform shift / standby duty and work on weekends

Ensure compliance with statutory regulations on fire, health and safety standards.

Ensure that service delivery teams and on-site contractors undergo a Health and Safety Induction prior to deployment.
