We currently have an opportunity for a Building Services Supervisor. Join our Government and Infrastructure Management team and play a key role in managing and supervising building services in Perth. Reporting to the Procurement & Subcontractor Manager, you'll help deliver high-quality outcomes that support our essential services.
What You’ll Do
This role offers a broad scope, with key responsibilities including:
Supervising Planned or Quoted work to vacant or tenanted properties. Supervising Technical Services delivery and Defect Works. Work Order Management, and scope validations. Investigation and reporting of incidents within client and internal timeframes required. Completion of targeted site inspections and audits on subcontractors, internal staff and processes. Effectively communicate as a key client contact to help build Client relationships in a collaborative manner.
What You’ll Bring
Relevant Trade License or suitable practical experience. Registered Building Practitioner under the Building Services (Registration) Act 2011 (WA). Validation of “Scopes of Work” Supervision and monitoring of subcontractors. Managing client relationships. Experience in MS office suites, in particular Microsoft Excel, word and Outlook. Mobile devices and technology proficient ie: tablets and laptop computers
