Our focus on our people, culture and capabilities allows us to make a difference for our clients and the communities we serve. **Your Key Responsibilities** * Prepares proposals and establish project financial budgets * Performs project contract drawing reviews (drawings, specifications, shop drawings, material submittals, etc.) * Attends pre-construction meetings and document discussions * Reviews and reports on project mock-ups * Performs periodic site visits and utilize a site visit reporting system to identify and update action items * Performs field testing to confirm building enclosure performance (water, air leakage, EFVM, infrared testing, etc.) * Manages and coordinates small and large projects * Conducts business development to secure revenue-generating projects * Client management * Mentors junior staff * Participates in continuing education * Performs various office related tasks **Your Capabilities and Credentials** * Organizational skills with the ability to effectively prioritize tasks on multiple projects * Project management experience * Ability to work in a team environment * Strong customer service commitment * Excellent communication and documentation skills * Professional attitude * Commitment to succeed * Pursuing registration either as a Professional Engineer is a plus **Education and Experience** * Degree in Engineering * Minimum of 4 years’ experience in building science consultation or equivalent knowledge of building envelope systems This description is not a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that may be required of the employee and other duties, responsibilities and activities may be assigned or may be changed at any time with or without notice.
