**Your Opportunity**
Our Building Specialty Services group is seeking a Building Science Engineer. **Your Key Responsibilities**
* Prepares proposals and establish project financial budgets
* Performs project contract drawing reviews (drawings, specifications, shop drawings, material submittals, etc.)
* Attends pre-construction meetings and document discussions
* Reviews and reports on project mock-ups
* Performs periodic site visits and utilize a site visit reporting system to identify and update action items
* Performs field testing to confirm building enclosure performance (water, air leakage, EFVM, infrared testing, etc.)
* Manages and coordinates small and large projects
* Conducts business development to secure revenue-generating projects
* Client management
* Mentors junior staff
* Participates in continuing education
* Performs various office related tasks
**Your Capabilities and Credentials**
* Organizational skills with the ability to effectively prioritize tasks on multiple projects
* Project management experience
* Ability to work in a team environment
* Strong customer service commitment
* Excellent communication and documentation skills
* Professional attitude
* Commitment to succeed
* Pursuing registration either as a Professional Engineer is a plus
**Education and Experience**
* Degree in Engineering

**Pay Transparency:** In compliance with pay transparency laws, pay ranges are provided for positions in locations where required. Please note, the final agreed upon compensation is based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location. At Stantec certain roles are bonus eligible.
