Join us and design your place with Stantec. **Your Key Responsibilities** + Assist writing proposals and establishing financial budgets + Assist with project document reviews (drawings, specifications, shop drawings, material submittals, etc.) + Attend pre-construction meetings and document discussions + Assist with review and report on project mock-ups + Assist with performance of periodic site visits and utilize a site visit reporting system to identify and update action items + Assist with performance of field testing to confirm building enclosure performance (water, air leakage, EFVM, infrared testing, etc.) + Assist in small project management and coordination + Participate in continuing education + Periodic out-of-state travel + Perform various office-related tasks **Your Capabilities and Credentials** + General knowledge of Building Science principles or Building Envelope components is a plus + Experience as a Building Envelope Consultant and/or Trade Expert is a plus + Organizational skills with the ability to effectively prioritize tasks on multiple projects + Ability to work in a team environment + Strong customer service commitment + Excellent communication and documentation skills + Professional attitude + Commitment to succeed + Strong work ethic + Valid Driver's license and access to a vehicle **Education and Experience** + Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture or related field + Pursuing registration either as a Professional Engineer or Registered Architect is a plus + Typical office environment working with computers and remaining sedentary for long periods of time. + Field work may include exposure to the elements including inclement weather.
