Our focus on our people, culture and capabilities allows us to make a difference for our clients and the communities we serve. **Your Key Responsibilities** + Assist with project document reviews for building envelope performance (drawings, specifications, shop drawings, material submittals, etc.). + Attend pre-construction meetings and document discussions. + Assist with review and report on project building envelope mock-ups. + Perform periodic site visits and utilize a site visit reporting system to identify and update action items. + Assist in project field performance testing to confirm building envelope performance (water, air leakage, infrared testing, etc.). + Assist in project task management and coordination. + Participate in continuing education. + Perform various office related tasks. **Qualifications** **Your Capabilities and Credentials** + Organizational skills with the ability to effectively prioritize tasks on multiple projects. + Ability to work in a team environment. + Strong customer service commitment. + Excellent communication and documentation skills. + Professional attitude and commitment to succeed + Persistence and good work ethic + General understanding of Building Science principles or Building Envelope components is a plus. + Valid driver's license with a clean motor vehicle report. **Education and Experience** + Pursuing a degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture or related field.
