Job Title: Building Remediation Project Manager/Inspector
Job Description

We are seeking a Building Remediation Project Manager/Inspector with a degree in Construction Management, Structural, Civil, or Architectural Engineering. The successful candidate will have a minimum of three years of experience with building structures and remediation. This role requires extensive travel across Maryland, primarily between Baltimore and Annapolis, where you will conduct inspections for concrete restorations, stucco, masonry, waterproofing, and façade systems.

ResponsibilitiesConduct field visits to evaluate waterproofing and structural deficiencies.Diagnose issues and return to the office to develop repair scopes using AutoCAD.Prepare construction documents including specifications, bid forms, and detailed drawings.Review contractor pay applications, shop drawings, and submittals.Perform construction phase inspections.Coordinate with contractors and manage the permitting process.Conduct change order reviews and track project progress.Essential SkillsBachelor's Degree in Civil, Construction Management, or Architectural Engineering with emphasis on Structural.Minimum of 3 years experience in structural engineering.Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Autodesk, Teams, and Excel.Experience in structural design and engineering.Additional Skills & QualificationsEIT or PE Certification preferred.Ability to interface effectively with owners and contractors during meetings.Work Environment

You will be based in the office five days a week in Sparks, MD, when not traveling, which will be 60%-70% of the time. We offer flexible start or finish times to accommodate family obligations. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $75000.00 - $110000.00/yr.
