This position reports to the Distribution Manager.

Responsibilities Perform building detail and operate building detailing equipmentPerform MHE battery maintenance and repairsPerform and document preventative maintenance/repair, as required, on designated DC fixtures (overhead doors, dock plates, etc.) and equipment located at the DCPerform and document scheduled inspections of designated tools, equipment and the workplaceTake required training for building repairs and property maintenance Qualifications Ability to operate material handling equipmentKnowledge of most aspects of property maintenanceAbility to perform a wide range of building repairsAbility to think creatively, develop and adjust repair techniques as the situation requiresAble to perform minor plumbing repairsGood communication skillsKnowledge and use of equipment such as: Forklift, order picker, power cart, pallet jack Why The Brick?
