Join our Facilities Management team in Madison, WI, and become a key player in keeping our operations running smoothly. As a Building Maintenance Technician, you’ll tackle hands-on challenges, solve problems on the fly, and contribute directly to a healthier world through your work.

Essential Duties:

Perform complex corrective and preventive maintenance tasks across our facilitiesTroubleshoot and repair engine-powered equipment, vehicles, and low-voltage electrical systemsInterpret blueprints and conceptual drawings to construct and repair projectsDocument maintenance actions accurately in our facility monitoring systemsCollaborate with staff to plan and execute repairs and improvementsProcure materials and manage tools and equipment with care

Education/Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent2+ years of experience in facilities or maintenanceSolid understanding of general maintenance tasks and tool usageStrong troubleshooting and documentation skillsExperience with maintenance management systems
