We’re looking for experienced Maintenance Technicians to handle apartment work order repairs and make-ready tasks. If you’ve got strong skills in general repairs, a keen eye for detail, and take pride in your work, we want you on our team for this short-term project.

What You'll Do as a Maintenance Technician:

Complete make-ready unit turnarounds—painting, fixture replacement, minor repairs, cleaning, and final inspectionsHandle resident work order requests promptly and professionallyPerform general maintenance tasks in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliance repairFollow safety protocols and keep accurate records of work completed

Work Experience

What You'll Bring as a Preferred Candidate:

Previous apartment or property maintenance experience preferredSkilled in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliance repairsAbility to work independently and stay on scheduleAbility to lift up to 50 lbs. and handle physical tasks indoors and outdoorsExpertise using basic hand and power tools
