Shell Bay is seeking a skilled and reliable Part-Time Building Maintenance Handyman to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in building maintenance, with knowledge in electrical, mechanical, and structural systems of buildings and grounds.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building systems, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and structural components. Conduct periodic inspections to identify potential issues and ensure compliance with safety standards. Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies. Maintain records of maintenance activities and repairs. Collaborate with other team members to complete projects efficiently. Qualifications: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in building maintenance. Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and structural systems. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues independently. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
