What You Will Be Doing:Required to paint and perform structural repairs to masonry, woodwork, and furnishings of our building.Engages in ground maintenance activities, such as mowing lawns, trimming hedges, snow removal, removing weeds, and raking and disposing of leaves, and refuse.Performs the general cleaning and upkeep of the bakery, including buffing, dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, plumbing and washing windows.Assisting other departments as requested, including moving furniture and unloading and storing supplies.Inspects completed work for conformance to blueprints, specifications, and standards.Adheres to company policies and safety regulations.Adjusts work procedures to meet production schedules.Other duties as assigned What We Need From You: High School Diploma or Equivalent preferredThis position requires 1-3 years of industrial maintenance experience and a mechanical aptitudeWork well under pressure in a fast-paced environmentExcellent verbal and written communicationAble to handle multiple tasks with capability of prioritizing and planning work activitiesDemonstrate accuracy and thoroughness with ability to improve and promote quality and safetyMust demonstrate excellent trouble shooting skillsAbility to recognize and encourage the behaviors that contribute to teamworkAbility to communicate and work effectively with all associates in a team environmentMust be detail orientedAbility to work on their own
