**Job Title: Building Engineer** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled Building Engineer with experience in multi-tenant office buildings and water source heat pumps. This role requires expertise in general maintenance and the ability to perform preventive maintenance and corrective repairs on buildings, industrial systems, equipment, and grounds. The position operates under limited supervision and utilizes various trade skills such as carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, roofing, heating, and cooling. **Responsibilities** + Oversee and inspect work performed by outside contractors, including landscaping, snow removal, remodeling, HVAC, plumbing, and cleaning. + Perform assigned repairs, emergency, and preventive maintenance tasks. + Complete maintenance and repair records as required. + Maintain the building lighting system, including element and ballast repairs. **Essential Skills** + Mechanical savvy with general maintenance skillset and experience. + Proficiency in HVAC systems. + Skilled in carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, and mechanical aptitude. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in facility maintenance and repair. + Ability to perform preventive maintenance. **Why Work Here?** Join a team that values professional growth and development, offering a dynamic work environment within multi-tenant retail and small office properties.
