Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or Business Administration; Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and business development; Proven track record in multichannel sales management, particularly in indirect channel development; Proven track record in managing a team; Demonstrated experience in building technologies or related industrial sectors; Strong knowledge of the Portuguese building and construction market; Experience in partner network development and management; Proven record in managing teams and leadership skills as well as working in complex matrix organizations;Fluent in Portuguese and English.Key Skills and Competencies:
Expert level in Sales Steering and channel management; Advanced Business Process Management capabilities; Proven ability in building and maintaining partner relationships; Strategic thinking and business planning expertise; Change management and transformation leadership skills.Additional Requirements:
