Builder Services Representative/Dispatcher
Summary:
System One is partnering with a client seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused professional to serve as the primary point of contact for builders and growth-based customers. This role involves order intake, scheduling, status updates, account setup, and coordinating across departments to ensure timely service delivery. Dispatching experience is highly preferred to manage scheduling and field operations effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound calls, emails, and web inquiries from builders and customers
Process orders, provide status updates, schedule services, and set up accounts for new services and meter sets
Dispatch and coordinate with field operations, engineering, and scheduling teams
Research and reconcile customer orders using systems such as Banner, Microsoft Dynamics, PCAD, Maximo, and email
Maintain logs, service orders, billing records, and customer correspondence
Prepare reports, customer letters, complaint records, and account verifications
Ensure high-quality customer service through prompt, accurate, and professional communication
Qualifications:
Strong customer service and communication skills with a polished phone demeanor
Prior dispatching experience highly preferred
Ability to multi-task, navigate multiple systems, and document calls in real time
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management abilities
Proficiency with computers and web-based applications
Accurate typing skills and ability to research and resolve issues efficiently
Previous customer service or order coordination experience preferred
