We’re more than aviation experts, we’re pioneers. We challenge what’s possible. From breaking the sound barrier to advanced tiltrotor systems. Today, Bell is shaping the future of aviation through specialized engineering. And we want you.

We are developing the future of Army Aviation with the Bell Future Long-Range Assault Aircraft (FLRAA) part of the US Army’s Future Vertical Lift (FVL) modernization effort. We are also developing the Bell 525 Relentless and Bell's High-Speed Vertical Take-Off and Landing (HSVTOL) program, a next generation stop-fold aircraft.

The Rapid Prototyping (RP) organization serves Bell’s Advanced Programs (AP) team by transforming their designs into concept demo air vehicles. Concept demo air vehicles include both clean-sheet and existing air vehicle modifications. In addition, the RP organization is responsible for fabrication of risk reduction test articles in support of concept demo air vehicle development. This position will be working on the recently awarded Speed and Runway Independent Technologies (SPRINT) X-plane Demonstrator project.

TheSPRINT Build Site Coordinator will serve as the primary build interface between Bell and multiple partner sites tasked with building major airframe items and performing final assembly operations. The Build Site Coordinator will work closely with the RP organization and AP Engineering IPTs to ensure cost, schedule, and performance objectives are effectively communicated, tracked, and achieved for all X-plane demonstrator build content at partner sites.
