As a Budget and Planning Coordinator you will be responsible for supporting the development, implementation, and monitoring of budgets and financial plans for the organization. You will assist in preparing budgets, tracking expenses, analyzing financial data, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.You will cover annual budgets, latest estimates and even strategic plans. You will utilize your analytical skills and informed discernment to formulate budget activity recommendations. You will handle the preparation of various budget exhibits (P&L, BS, CG, NWC, Margin Roll Forwards) for budget reviews as well as closing of management books. You will analyze the Company and brand profitability through margin reconciliations and budget monitoring. **The scope of this role includes but is not limited to:** + Prepare balance sheet (BS), cash generation (CG) and net working capital (NWC) statements for budget / the latest estimate / strategic plans. + All submissions relating to budget / LE/ strategic plans that include CFN, category data reporting (CDC), NVO, and exhibits. + Analyze Company and brand profitability with the help of margin reconciliations and monitoring the same versus budget /latest estimates. + Plan, Analyze & Monitor Company Non Variable Overheads, providing visibility for risks and opportunities to our Leadership Team, as well as NVO Reconciliation reporting to Division + In this role, you’ll establish partnerships with multiple parties including internal cross-functional teams (i.e. supply chain) and third party advertising agencies. These relationships grow with mutual trust and integrity to achieve results and execute against strategy and goals. + The role requires forging strong, trust-based partnerships with various stakeholders, including internal cross-functional teams like supply chain, and external third-party advertising agencies. Building these relationships with integrity is critical to achieving desired outcomes and successfully executing strategies and goals. + You should be able to provide recommendations based on your analysis of the organization and processes. + Lead the team’s performance and development. Provide consistent, constructive feedback to team members, focusing on strengths and areas for development. Implement a regular coaching schedule to ensure each team member receives personalized guidance and support. + Foster a culture of growth and development within the team. Identify training needs and facilitate access to relevant learning opportunities. Conduct performance reviews, setting clear goals and tracking progress. **Main customers are:** Management Team, CAM Finance Leadership, Business Operations, Business Partners and Local Finance Teams **Required qualifications for the position are:** + Degree in business administration, economics, engineering or accountancy + Minimum five years of work experienced in FP&A, Budget Planning, Planning analysis, Commercial Finance, Financial Analysis or related field + Budget planning, P&L and Balance Sheet experienced + Proven experience as a business partner to the commercial functions (Sales/Marketing) due to overall business understanding & perspective + Advanced Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets skills + Advanced English level + SAP Proficiency **Skills:** + Capable of delivering high quality and accurate work while respecting short lead times due to strong planning & priority setting + Ownership & initiative to drive and ensure optimal business tracking & understanding throughout the company + Proven strategic and analytical thinking capability + Self-starter who can work well both independently and across multi-level stakeholder group + Excellent communication skills **Our Commitment to Inclusion** Our journey begins with our people—developing strong talent with diverse backgrounds and perspectives to best serve our consumers around the world and fostering an inclusive environment where everyone feels a true sense of belonging.
