Job DescriptionThe Budget and Cost Center Controller will be part of the small, but rapidly growing finance team at Bosch Roseville. As such, they will be responsible for setting up a structured process for the monthly cost center reviews with all cost center owners (managerial level). They lead and execute tasks within recurring controlling processes, including Monthly Business Reports (MBR), Current Forecasts (CF), and annual Business Planning (BP). The successful candidate works independently in SAP/R3 and understands their role as a true business partner providing the cost center owners with the transparency needed. To achieve this, they will be working with geographically dispersed colleagues on developing a suitable Power BI dashboard solution.
Responsibilities
Responsible for setting up a structured process for the monthly cost center reviews with all cost center owners (managerial level)Lead planning activities on cost center level as part of the Monthly Business Reports (MBR), Current Forecasts (CF), and annual Business Planning (BP)Drive the successful implementation of a Power BI dashboard solution to be used as part of the cost center reviewControlling of a newly established lab with cost charge-out to headquarters in Europe/GermanyWork independently in SAP/R3 CO-module on cost center-related topicsPrepare financial presentations and support reviews for local exec. managementActively contribute to the continuous improvement process in the finance areaQualificationsBachelor’s degree in business or related field with a specialization in Finance or Accounting3+ years of relevant work experience in an operations environment with experience in budget/cost center controllingAdvanced SAP/R3 skills required; ideally with experience in the SAP R/3 CO moduleAdvanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (e.g. Excel, PPT, Word)Strong communications skills with a proven business partner mindsetA self-motivated, conscientious, team player with business acumen. The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $95,000 - $125,000. Within the range, individual pay is determined based on several factors, including, but not limited to, work experience and job knowledge, complexity of the role, job location, etc. Your Recruiter can share more details about the specific salary range for this position during the interview process.
